About 10 days ago, we informed you about a twist which took place in the case of Sarvjeet Singh and Jasleen Kaur as the guy, after a long wait of nearly 6 months, finally got the date of the first hearing with regard to the case filed by Jasleen Kaur against him for passing vulgar comments when she was walking down the Tilak Nagar Street.
The first hearing date of the case was March 4, 2016 in Mahila Court Tis Hazari. But it’s quite surprising that the court gave the next hearing date and nothing solid could have been concluded in the first hearing. This is what Sarvjeet Singh wrote on his Facebook wall:
“Got new date from court (07 – june -2016)
Tareek pe tareek…tareek pe tareek mil ri hai judge saab..magar insaaf nhi mil ra…lol”
Well, the incident took place on August 23, 2015 and the first hearing in the case took place after around 6 months and now Sarvjeet has got a new date which is June 7 that makes nearly 10 months and still no result….
Can we be proud of our Indian judiciary or even say it’s up to the mark, since a guy who seems to be innocent taking into consideration facts revealed by eyewitnesses still lives in the fear of judgment from the court and does not have any idea about the verdict?
Here one thing deserves to be mentioned that earlier Sarvjeet was considered the sole guilty and Jasleen was the one who gained everyone’s sympathy as she is a girl and was shouting lies and as we know, lie also seems to be true when shouted over and over again!
Thanks to eyewitnesses and people who came in front of the camera later to reveal the truth about Jasleen and Sarvjeet which made the guy regain his confidence and get ready for the legal fight.
