You’ll Earn A Re 1 Compensation For A Dropped Call

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has came harshly on the telecom operators on the matter of call drop and issued a directive that telecom operators need to pay Re 1/call drop as compensation to the customers.

This information was first made public by the television channel ET Now and as per the report a customer can get compensated for maximum 3 calls in a day if the calls drop and it is said that the regulation issued by TRAI will be imposed soon.

If the sources are to be believed, this decision has been taken by TRAI just to ensure that telecom operators fulfill the compliances strictly.
