There are many people in this world who don’t believe in ghosts and spirits. They think it’s just myth which has been created to scare people. On the other side, there are people who believe in the existence of ghosts. They claim to have experienced the presence of ghosts at some point in their life.
But today we are not here to tell you about the ghost experiences of normal people. We’ll tell you about the experience of Bollywood stars with spirits.
These Bollywood stars claimed that they have witnessed ghostly activities in their life Have a look-
1. Emraan Hashmi
Emraan Hashmi who has worked in enough horror films admitted experiencing a ghostly activity. He along with his friends visited a hotel with hardly any guests. Later in the night, they heard some mysterious screams which were really scary.
The screams continued whole night and they failed to find the source of it. Next morning, the first thing they did was shifting to another hotel.
2. Saroj Khan
Ace choreographer Saroj Khan told that while she was in Ooty for a film’s shooting, she along with her crew felt something strange. Saroj Khan and team heard the sound of someone moving the furniture. When they tried to call the reception, the phone was found dead.
When someone went downstairs to report the incident, the receptionist claimed that there is no floor above.
3. Bipasha Basu
Bipasha Basu claims to have witnessed several horror incidents while shooting films like Raaz and Gunah. During the shooting of Raaz the hotel where they stayed was haunted and interestingly, it is still close.
4. Soha Ali Khan
During the shooting of Gang of Ghosts, Soha Ali Khan along with co-actress Mahie Gill experienced spooky activities. Both of them heard strange noises that were coming from empty rooms. As they felt danger, the whole cast and crew packed their bags and shifted to another place.
5. Neil Nitin Mukesh
While shooting for 3G at a haunted place, a lightman suddenly came out and claimed that he felt someone standing next to him and then just passed through him.
Neil Nitin Mukesh said that at first they didn’t believe him but when the lightman sat down trembling like a leaf, they had to listen to him.
6. Ram Gopal Varma
The ghost in Ram Gopal Varma’s Manjeet scared him as he came back to home and tried to sleep after completing 3 AM shoot. RGV felt that Manjeet is watching him and when he tried to ignore he started hearing his footsteps. RGV said-
“The director in me was telling me Manjeet couldn’t be there. But the man in me was insisting that she was.”
7. Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Nawazuddin Siddiqui also had a ghostly experience while shooting for the horror film Aatma.
The director of the film felt that the photo frame behind Nawazuddin was slightly crooked. However, he decided to ignore seeing Nawazuddin was totally into the scene. But later the photo frame came down even though there was no wind and the nail was intact.
8. Govinda
Govinda was shooting for one of his film in a hilly area. While sleeping in his hotel room, he suddenly woke up in the midnight to see an old woman sitting on his chest. When he turned on the bedside lamp, the woman disappeared.
He also noticed that his room was arranged neatly and the scary part was that before going to sleep, the room was disarranged. Govinda told-
“I got so scared that I ran for my life that night and only stopped when I had reached Mumbai. Whenever I recall that incidence, I get goose-bumps.”
9. Varun Dhawan
Varun Dhawan told that while he was shooting for ABCD 2, he stayed in a Las Vegas hotel. The hotel suite he was allotted is said to be the favourite place of late legendary singer Frank Sinatra who’s spirit is still there.
Varun told, “The suite was definitely haunted because at night I would hear someone singing and the doors would just fling open.”
10. Ranveer Singh
Ranveer Singh felt the presence of Peshwa Bajirao himself while shooting for the film Bajirao Mastani. He told-
“It was a very trippy experience and I completely freaked out. I recall it as one of the most difficult days of the shoot. I thought I felt some kind of presence and something told me it’s him… I had a tough task ahead of me on that day of shoot and I was praying hard to get it right. There was a black wall on the sets on which some white dust had settled and formed the pattern in the shape of Bajirao’s figure. It had the turban, the eyes, nose, the mooch and the arms. The resemblance was for all to see.”
