Paul Walker, who was mostly known for his high-speed car racing movie franchise ‘Fast and Furious‘ is no longer with us. Walker began his career with guest appearances in TV shows like ‘The Young and The Restless‘, ‘Touched by an Angel‘. However he gained recognition after his roles in the coming-of-age films like the ‘She’s All That‘, ‘Varsity Blues‘. 2. Takers

A group of professional bank robbers who specialize in a unique set of skills of spectacular robberies, as they plan to pull one last job with the aid of a recently paroled Delonte “Ghost” Rivers find themselves pitted against a hard-boiled detective. The movie did well at the box office, but however received mixed reviews from the critics.

3. Running Scared

Released in 2006, Running Scared is a crime thriller about a low-ranking thug who is entrusted by his crime boss to dispose of a gun that killed corrupt cops. But things get worse when the gun ends up in wrong hands. Paul Walker’s performance in the movie makes it a must watch for his fans.

4. Meet the Deedles

 

A comedy about two surfers who end up as Yellowstone park rangers and now have to stop a former ranger who is out for revenge. Walker was in his early twenties when the movie was filmed. The movie failed miserably at the box office. It received unanimously negative reviews, and was heavily criticized for overuse of surfer slang, its two-dimensional characters, stupid plot.

5. Eight Below

Eight Below is a 2006 American adventure drama film based on Nankyoku Monogatari (A 1983 Japanese film). A story about two Antarctic explorers who because of brutal cold forces are forced to leave their team of sled dogs behind as they fend for their survival.

6. The Lazarus Project

The Lazarus Project” aka “The Heaven Project” is one of those straight-to-DVD releases, which won’t disappoint you unlike many cinematic releases. Ben Garvey (Paul Walker) is sentenced to die by lethal injection for being an accomplice to murder, only to wake up in Oregon as a groundskeeper for a mental institution. The plot twists are very well maintained. If you’re a mystery thriller fan, just go for it.

7. Vehicle 19

Story about an American parole breaker who unknowingly picks up a rental car that ties him to a web of corrupt local police. The movie has all sorts of high-speed car chase and drama that every Fast and Furious fan will enjoy. The plot has several holes, but if you’re looking for car action, you should watch it.

8. Hours

It tells the story of a father who struggles to keep his infant daughter alive in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Without a doubt this one of his finest performances.  The movie is a one man show, Paul couldn’t have asked for a better career epitaph than his brilliant work here.

9. Noel

Noel is an unabashedly romantic drama, Paul surprised us all with a film like this. This is a lot different and refreshing from the works that Walker usually did. Noel is a story about five New Yorkers who come together on Christmas Eve, seeking a miracle. This is such a beautiful movie, filled with so many emotions and real life situations, it will leave you in tears.

10. The Skulls

The Skulls is a 2000 American psychological thriller whose plot is based upon some of the conspiracy theories surrounding Yale University’s Skull and Bones student society. It’s about a “secret society” in an Ivy League school and a subsequent cover-up of a murder.
