The latest movie of Hugh Jackman, “Logan” has witnessed a phenomenal opening at the Box Office. Yes, it hit the screens on Friday and since then, it has been seeing a rise in collections. Even Vidyu Jammwal starrer “Commando 2” hit the screens at the same time; even though Logan’s 1st day collections were lesser than that of Commando 2, tables were turned on the 2nd day.
Let’s have a look at the opening weekend collections;
Logan!
#Logan Fri 4.75 cr, Sat 5.75 cr, Sun 6.60 cr. Total: ₹ 17.10 cr. India biz… All versions… GOOD!

On the first day, Logan collected 4.75 crores at the Box Office. Due to word of mouth and positive reviews, the box office earnings continued to increase on Saturday and Sunday. On the 2nd day, the film earned 5.75 crores, while on the 3rd day, it once again showed a good growth and minted 6.60 crores. Now, the total stands at 17.10 crores.
Day 1- 4.75 crores
Day 2- 5.75 crores
Day 3- 6.60 crores
Total- 17.10 crores
The movie displayed an upward trend, thanks to the love that audience showered upon Hugh Jackman.
Commando 2 !

On the other hand, Commando 2 couldn’t get a very good response on Saturday. As opposed to Logan, Commando showed a downward trend on the 2nd day. It earned 5.14 crores on Friday, but earned just 4.42 crores on Saturday. However, it picked up pace on Sunday and garnered 6.19 crores. The total has now reached 15.75 crores.

Day 3- 6.19 crores
Total- 15.75 crores
Considering the collections, we can make out that Indian audience is in love with Hollywood movies over Bollywood.
