The beautiful and talented Samantha Ruth Prabhu is one of the most loved actresses of the Indian film industry and she enjoys a huge fan following all over the world.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a strong advocate of mental health along with physical health as she feels that they both go hand in hand and she misses no chance of promoting it but she is finding it a little difficult because of her fans.
Samantha runs her own podcast and recently she said that she has a fan base that is more interested in entertainment, fashion and make-up so the transition to physical health and mental health won’t be easy as she will need to change perceptions which will certainly take time but she is fine with it.
Some time back, Samantha was diagnosed with auto-immune disease Myositis because of which she took break from work and focused on her health. Samantha says that this cause is very close to her heart and she is ready to invest her time and efforts for this cause. She further states that she will bring change even with handful people and she is happy that she is doing this because she feels this is what she is meant to be doing. Samantha adds that she has always followed her heart and her heart is telling her that it is the right path.
Samantha is of the opinion that a person can’t be healthy physically if he is not mentally fit as they both go hand in hand and this is why, she strongly advocates that just by following few simple practices, a person can be mentally fit which will result in physical well-being too.
