For fans of SRK, this is a very disappointing thing as the most awaited movie of their favorite star isn’t enjoying a good response at Box Office, in comparison with earlier expectations. Owing to initial buzz, it did well on Friday, but in spite of positive reviews, it settled down. Even though there were holidays, the movie didn’t do good.
Talking about the 1st weekend, the highest opening weekend collection was reported which includes 19.2 crores collected on Friday, 15.4 crores collected on Saturday and 17.75 crores collected on Sunday. This figure is high as compared to previous ones but is lower than the benchmark.
Now the movie is running on weekdays, but very less response is being enjoyed. On Monday, the business was just 6.05 crores. Then, talking about Tuesday, it managed to mint just 5.75 crores, even in spite of the ‘Mahavir Jayanti’ collection. On Wednesday as well, a drop was seen but the amount of 4.20 crores was added to the total, making it 68.35 crores!
