The newly elected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, is focusing a lot on improving the law and order situation of the state but it seems that a lot needs to be done in this regard, as a frightening incident has taken place which gives us an impression that there is no fear of police in the eyes of criminals.
As per reports, a 7-yr girl has allegedly been gang-raped in a remote village of Allahabad. This horrific incident has happened in the Ghurpur police station area on Thursday morning in the district’s trans-Yamuna region, which is nearly 40 kms from the city.
Public Relations Officer of Allahabad SSP, Sandeep Tiwari, told,
“The girl was picked up from her house in Amreha Budawan village while she was asleep beside her mother. She was brought back home by villagers who found her lying in a pool of blood in the nearby fields, where the assailants appear to have dumped her after the sexual assault.”
Sandeep Tiwari further told that the girl had been sexually molested as confirmed by medical tests and her condition was critical when she was admitted into hospital. Sandeep also said,
“A case has been registered against unknown persons under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Four suspects have also been arrested for interrogation.”
What’s more, the crime site was also visited by SSP Anand Kulkarni.
This is a disgusting example of inhumanity and we want to see these devils behind the bars as soon as possible. Where is our country heading? On one hand, people don’t hesitate to kill individuals just on the suspicion that they are going to kill cows but on the other, they knowingly shut their eyes even after seeing what all is going wrong with girls.
