Rajnikanth starrer ‘Kabali’ has worked wonders at the box office and has witnessed a super-duper start. This film, also starring Dhansika and Radhika Apte, attracted a huge crowd even for 5 AM shows on the 1st day i.e. Friday.
‘Kabali’ was released in over 5000 screens all across the globe and has created a rage among the fans. Even before release, ‘Kabali’ broke 7 records, which is simply awesome. These records are a testimony of the super power of Rajnikanth and the huge fan following that he enjoys!
The advance booking for tickets in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and other foreign countries received an awesome response and this gave everyone a hint that this Rajnikanth starrer would enjoy an earth-shattering business in the coming days.
Fans were going crazy and tried all possible ways for catching up with the first day screenings, but unfortunately, majority of theaters in South India have a housefull board till Monday. The first day collections of ‘Kabali’ are out! Want to know how much it has earned?

The movie broke one more record by being the highest day 1 opener in Tamil Nadu. Earlier this record was held by ‘Vedalam’ which had minted 15.5 crores on the opening day! Now that ‘Kabali’ earned 21.5 crores in Tamil Nadu on the 1st day, ‘Vedalam’ is left behind.
In Kerala, the movie earned 3 crores, in Karnataka it earned 5.1 crores, in Andhra Pradesh it earned 9.5 crores, thus taking the South collection to 39.1 crores. In North India markets, the movie minted around 5.20 crores as tweeted by Taran Adarsh!
