BREAKING NEWS! Rahul Gandhi’s official Twitter account is HACKED. You got that right; not only was the account hacked, but even abusive tweets were posted for Gandhi family.
Rahul Gandhi’s profile picture was removed and the title of his Twitter handle was renamed from @OfficeOfRG to an abusive one. Lots of bad words were hurled at the family; the hacker ruined his account.

Majority of the tweets that were posted had objectionable content about Gandhi family and Congress party. Questions were raised on the digital safety of citizens and party members also said that this reflects the prevalence of fascist culture in India.
Randeep Surjewala, the Chief Spokesperson of Congress stated that a complaint will be filed with the Cyber Crime Cell. He said
“Such lowly tactics will neither drown the sane voice of reason nor deter Rahul Gandhi from raising people’s issues. Such unscrupulous, unethical and roguish conduct of venal trolls to hack Rahul Gandhi’s Twitter handle reflects disturbing insecurities of prevalent fascist culture.”
He also tweeted;

The account was restored within few minutes and all these abusive tweets were deleted. But once again, the account was hacked and this new tweet surfaced;
