Rahul Gandhi’s official Twitter handle was hacked yesterday evening and the hacker hurled abuses at the Gandhi family and Congress party through a series of Tweets. The handle’s name, photo and the bio was also changed.
However, his account was very soon recovered by the team and all offensive tweets were deleted with immediate effect; but, the damage was already done.
This incident couldn’t be hidden from social media users and soon, the tweets started going viral.
At the end, Rahul Gandhi was massively trolled by Twitterati. Many assumed that Arnab Goswami, Arvind Kejriwal and PM Modi might be responsible for this hacking. We all know how Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi are at loggerheads since the time note ban has been announced.
