It was bad luck for Indian National Congress and its Vice President Rahul Gandhi, that their Twitter account got hacked. Abusive tweets were at its peak. The hacker left no stone unturned for offending the party and its members. Was it a political agenda? Was it a publicity stunt? Well, the public just fails to understand it.
It must have been a shocking experience for Congress party, isn’t it? Rahul Gandhi’s display name and picture were also changed. The tweets that were posted had definitely left everyone in splits, especially the one which said “I am memeworthy”.

Soon the team sorted out things and was successful in recovering the account. Tweets were deleted, but till then Twitterati had taken the Screenshots. Some tweets were retweeted over 500 times in a minute!
However, after this episode, Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter and indirectly blamed BJP for all this. Then, there was another tweet for INC account which had a mention of Mr. Modi.
Have a look at both these tweets;
To every one of you haters out there. I love all of you. You're beautiful. Your hatred just doesn't let you see it yet
— Rahul Gandhi (@RahulGandhi) December 1, 2016
Hello everyone! We are back. The tweets in the morning lacked wit, evidently.
Anyway, Mr Modi, back to people's questions, care to answer?
— Congress (@INCIndia) December 1, 2016
Moreover, there were other party members too, who blamed BJP for this!
Eye opener for Modiji!
Cyber attacks on @INCIndia & @OfficeOfRG exposes the vulnerability of cyber security & Digital platforms in India. An eye opener for Modiji!

This was to distract!
RG's account obviously hacked to distract from increasingly dire headlines related to demonetisation on payday. What will they do next?

Can we have faith?
Hacking the account of @OfficeOfRG clearly indicates how weak our online security system is-
