Arnold Defended Sri Lankan Players With Regards To Smog. Got It Back Perfectly From Indian Fans

The India V/S Sri Lanka 3rd Test match hit the headlines today due to Delhi’s smog. Many cricketers used masks, so that they stay protected.

Head coach of India had a word with various authorities and umpires about this issue. Dinesh Chandimal felt that the Sri-Lankan team should go back to the dressing room because the air quality was poor.

Sanjay Manjrekar said that Angelo Mathews needed a pollution mask while fielding, however, while batting he came out without the mask

A fan noticed this and tweeted out to Sanjay Manjrekar and also asked the answer from Russell Arnold. This is what he tweeted;

Awesome observation by @sanjaymanjrekar. Player (@Angelo69Mathews) who needed mask while fielding has come out to bat without a mask. #IndvSL @RusselArnold69 any comments? @bhogleharsha request you to ask him the q'n again

And as soon as Russell Arnold noticed this, he immediately gave a reply to the fan.

Didn’t see any of the Indian batsmen wear sunnies when batting.. they wear them while fielding … same Sun na

— Russel Arnold (@RusselArnold69) December 3, 2017

The reply read, “Didn’t see any of the Indian batsmen wear sunnies when batting.. they wear them while fielding … same Sun na”

Many Indian fans found this tweet to be very illogical. They trolled Arnold for his reply. Here are some tweets…

LOL!

But it's not the Indian players who're throwing tantrums on field. They're not having any issues while breathing now. "Same air na?"
