One more actor after Salman Khan has gotten into legal problem. In fact, not just the actor but his wife has also been convicted by the court.
On Saturday, comedian Rajpal Yadav, his wife Radha Yadav and a company has been pronounced guilty by the Karkardooma Court, Delhi, in a case related to a loan.
Rajpal Yadav took a loan of Rs. 5 crore from a Delhi businessman in 2010 for the purpose of making a movie “Ata Pata Laapata”.
Just to inform, he also made his debut in the field of direction with this film. However, he was not able to repay the loan within the stipulated time limit and a case was filed by the lender.
Rajpal made promises to repay the loan in court many times but he failed and in 2013, he was found guilty of submitting a false affidavit after which he was sent to Tihar jail from Dec 3 to Dec 6.
April 23 is the date for the next hearing and court may also declare the punishment on that day.
