The star-studded Femina Miss India 2018 finale happened yesterday in Mumbai and among the judges there were stars like Malaika Arora Khan, Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, Kunal Kapoor, Irfan Pathan and KL Rahul.
Tamil Nadu girl Anukreethy Vas was crowned with the prestigious title of Miss India 2018. The 19-year-old girl will now compete and represent India at the Miss World pageant. Anukreethy who has already shattered many stereotypes and will continue to do so aspires to be an actress.
In an interview with Indiatimes, earlier she had said-
“I see myself as Miss World 2018 and a well-established actress! I started modelling because I wanted a platform to share my ideas on the dais and spread a word about it. My passion and my goals will surely bring light into my career that is into making.”
Anukreethy loves to sing and dance and is also a state level athlete. Bike riding is just another love of her. Anukreethy is currently pursuing a BA degree in French at Loyola College. She completed her schooling from RSK Higher Secondary School.
