The 27 years old cricketer’s heart got broke in the 2019 World Cup final which New Zealand played against England. New Zealand lost the match and trophy to England in the Super Over and Jimmy was so upset that he asked the youngsters not to play cricket.

Last time that Jimmy played for New Zealand was at Sydney Cricket Ground in an ODI against Australia which was played in an empty stadium because mass gathering of crowd was not permitted due to coronavirus which is contagious in nature.

The coronavirus pandemic seems to be in control in New Zealand as the number of infected cases is around 1100 and 14 have lost their lives to this disease. However as far as the situation all across the globe is concerned, the number of infected cases is around 25.70 lakh while 1.70 lakh have lost their lives.
