Rohit Sharma’s Hilarious Reply On Ishan Kishan’s Birthday Gift Left The Latter In Splits

The second test match of the 2-match series will be played between India and West Indies from tomorrow at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain and the visitors will certainly like to win the test match and whitewash the series. On the other hand, this will be the last chance for the hosts to save some respect and level the series because it is the final match of the series and India is already leading by 1-0.

Two young Indian cricketers made their debut in this series – Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ishan Kishan, while the former had a great debut with the bat as he scored 171 runs in the first innings, the latter performed well behind the wickets and also scored his first run in the test match.

Ishan Kishan, the wicketkeeper-batter celebrated his 25^th birthday on Tuesday and a funny situation got created when the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was addressing the media.

A mediaperson asks Rohit Sharma about the gift that he will give to Ishan who is celebrating his birthday. Rohit who is known for his good sense of humour asks what birthday gift he wants, he already has everything. He further says that he needs to ask the team about their contribution for Ishan’s gift. After hearing this, Ishan also starts laughing and then Rohit Sharma asks him to give all of them a gift by scoring a 100 in the second test match.

Rohit Sharma also scored a century after a long time in the first test match and the second test match will be the 100^th encounter between India and West Indies.

When Hitman is questioned about leading the team in the 100^th encounter against West Indies, he says that it is an honour as it doesn’t happen every day. He adds that both the teams have a great history as a lot of good cricket has been played between both the teams. Rohit Sharma strongly feels that West Indies will certainly make a comeback in the second test match which will make the match exciting.
