Prahlad Kakkar revealed that he often saw Aishwarya visiting her mother’s place but it was not because of marital issues. He clarified that Aishwarya’s mother had been unwell and Aishwarya, being a caring daughter, frequently went to check on her. He explained that she would drop her daughter Aaradhya off at school and then spend her free time with her mother before picking Aaradhya up again. He also noted that on Sundays, she would not visit, which he said was another indicator that she was not living there. According to Prahlad Kakkar, Abhishek would sometimes join Aishwarya on these visits, further proving the strength of their relationship.
Dismissing the claims that Aishwarya was having issues with her mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan and sister-in-law Shweta Nanda, Prahlad Kakkar insisted that such stories were nonsense. He stated that despite the rumours, Aishwarya continued to be the lady of the house and was in charge of things. He mentioned that he was well aware of her reasons for visiting her mother and knew there was no truth to the claims that she was trying to escape her marriage.
Prahlad Kakkar also shed light on why neither Aishwarya nor Abhishek had directly addressed the separation rumours. He explained that they chose to maintain their privacy and dignity, believing they shouldn’t have to respond to every piece of gossip.
