The ongoing reality show Alliance has sparked fresh controversy after actor Kushal Tandon’s behaviour towards fellow contestant Dollyy Javed came under criticism. The issue has gained attention on social media, with actress Zareen Khan, television personality Uorfi Javed and several viewers expressing support for Dollyy and questioning Kushal’s conduct on the show.
Zareen Khan shared her views on Instagram Stories, praising Dollyy Javed for standing up for herself during her confrontation with Kushal Tandon. She appreciated Dollyy for not accepting what she described as disrespectful and chauvinistic behaviour from a male contestant.
Zareen also questioned why the other contestants remained silent during the incident and said she had become a fan of Dollyy Javed’s confidence and courage.

A few days earlier, Dollyy’s elder sister Uorfi Javed had also criticised Kushal Tandon through a video shared on her Instagram Story. She mocked his comments about Dollyy being younger and sarcastically suggested that if he wanted to be treated according to his age, Dollyy could call him “Kushal uncle” or even “Dadaji”. Uorfi further accused him of behaving as though he had complete control over the reality show and acting like he could decide which contestants should stay or leave.
Uorfi Javed also alleged that Kushal Tandon often tried to intimidate contestants whom he considered less influential, while behaving differently around senior personalities such as Sohail Khan and Ravi Kishan. According to her, his attitude changed depending on the person he was interacting with and she described his behaviour as entitled.
The controversy has also led to widespread criticism on social media. Many viewers have accused Kushal Tandon of being harsh towards younger contestants including Dollyy Javed, Vanshaj and Payal Gaming. Some fans believe his behaviour is especially directed at participants who are still building their careers and have not yet established themselves in television or films.
As the debate continues online, Kushal Tandon has been heavily trolled by viewers. However, neither the actor nor his team has issued an official response to the allegations so far.
