Is any 18+ Hindi web series confirmed for November 2026?
Not yet, based on official platform announcements we checked on 13 October 2026. Netflix’s own India page for 2026, last updated in June, marks every pending title as “Coming 2026” without a day or month. Prime Video’s March 2026 slate also gave no dates for its returning crime shows.
Third-party release trackers we checked list Hindi web series up to early October 2026, but none for November or December. If a date is announced, it will first appear on the platform’s social media handles and press pages.
Is any 18+ Hindi web series confirmed for December 2026?
No Hindi crime or thriller series had an official December 2026 date at the time of writing. The titles below are the strongest candidates, because platforms have promised them for 2026 and they have not released yet.
1. Farzi season 2 (Prime Video)
Prime Video confirmed Farzi season 2 at its Prime Video Presents event on 19 March 2026. Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi return, with Raj and DK behind the show again. Season 1 followed a small-time artist who gets pulled into a fake currency racket.
Some entertainment sites reported talk of a Diwali 2026 release in January, but Prime Video has not confirmed any date. Treat any date you see online as unofficial until the platform shares it.
Why it matters: It is the biggest confirmed crime title on Prime Video that has not released yet.
2. Dahaad season 2 (Prime Video)
Dahaad season 2 was also part of the March 2026 Prime Video slate, with Sonakshi Sinha listed. Season 1, created by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, released on 12 May 2023 and followed a Rajasthan police officer tracking a man linked to missing women.
No trailer, cast list beyond the lead or release date had been shared at the time of writing.

3. Family Business (Netflix)
Family Business is a Hindi series from Hansal Mehta, who directs, and Niren Bhatt. Anil Kapoor plays a billionaire who hands over his company to a rising tycoon, played by Vijay Varma, and then fires him months later to take back control. Neha Dhupia, Rhea Chakraborty, Akash Khurana and Anant Nag are also in the cast.
Netflix revealed a first look in February 2026, and its Tudum page still listed the show as “Coming 2026” in June. If Netflix keeps to that, it has to land by December.

4. Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai (Netflix)
This romantic thriller was named on Netflix India’s 2026 slate in February, with Shaheer Sheikh, Mohit Malik and Zoya Afroz in the cast. It has not received a release date, and Netflix has not marked it as confirmed for 2026 on its later pages.
Status: Keep it on your watchlist, but do not expect it before an official trailer.

Hunkkaar (JioHotstar, 25 September 2026)
Hunkkaar follows a police investigation after a 17-year-old student files a complaint against a powerful cult leader, and the case plays out in court and in the media. Aneet Padda, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Raghuvir Yadav and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub lead the cast.

What about Paatal Lok 3, Mirzapur 4 and Asur 3?
We could not find an official announcement from Prime Video or JioHotstar for Paatal Lok season 3, Mirzapur season 4 or Asur season 3 at the time of writing. Several websites list expected dates for these, but none link to a platform statement.

What does 18+ mean on Indian OTT apps?
Under the IT Rules, 2021, streaming platforms in India classify their content into five age groups: U, U/A 7+, U/A 13+, U/A 16+ and A. The A label is for adult viewers only, which is what most people mean when they search for 18+ web series.
Platforms apply these labels themselves, and they must offer parental locks for content rated U/A 13+ and above. Crime thrillers usually get a 16+ or A label because of violence, strong language or disturbing themes, not only because of bold scenes. That is why a police procedural can carry the same adult rating as a romance drama.
When a new show goes live, the label appears on the title page and usually at the start of the first episode.

- Follow the India handles of Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, SonyLIV and ZEE5 on Instagram and X. Dates are almost always announced there first, usually with a poster or teaser.
- Check the platform’s own press pages, such as Netflix’s About Netflix newsroom and Amazon India’s news page. These carry exact dates and cast lists.
- Search the show’s name on the app and tap “Remind me” or add it to your watchlist. Most apps then send a notification on release day.
- Be careful with YouTube videos and pages that give exact dates without a source. Many of these are guesses.
