11 Technological Elevations In World History Definitely Blow Your Mind

Everything is fair in LOVE and WAR . In love, opposite peoples attracts each others while in case of war opposite peoples repels each others . War is game in which there is only one is winner and to achieve this position Peoples from all over the world improves their latest technologies .
Here , this article is based on technological improvements made by world to won the wars . So have a look at my list of 11 technological elevations in the world history .

1. Enigma

The credit to the Invention of Enigma goes to German engineer Arthur Scherbius. It was invented at the end of WORLD WAR 1 . It was cracked by Alan Turing .

The first tank was designed in 1915 and saw for the first time at Somme in September 1916 . It was first made by britishers.

3. Flamethrowers

The Flamethrowers were invented by Greeks in early 1st century . Richard Feidler was the man behind the design of modern Flamethrowers which was submitted to German army.The flamethrower was first used by German troops near Verdun in February 1915 .

4. Poison Gas

The Poison gas is first used by the French army in august 1914 .The Germans pioneered the large-scale use of chemical weapons with a gas attack on Russian positions on January 31, 1915. New weapon in wars .

5. Tracer Bullets

The UK was the first to develop and launches a tracer ammunition in 1915. There are three types of tracers: bright tracer, subdued tracer and dim tracer. The first attempt was not so successful but next time it comes with more power.

6. Synchronization gear

This weapon is invented by Anton Fokker who devised the much-improved interrupter gear in 1915. But it was invented by French as deflector gear.

7. Depth charge

The idea was sketched out in 1913, the first practical depth charge was produced by the Royal Navy’s Torpedo and Mine School in January 1916. The first German U-boat sunk by depth charge was the U-68, destroyed on March 22, 1916.

8. Hydrophones

The first hydrophone was invented by Reginald Fessenden in 1914 .
The hydrophone done its first U-boat victim in April 1916. It was a boost for war weapons as you are able to defeat underwater .

9. Aircraft carriers

It is a warship that serves as a seagoing airbase for the planes .The first plane was launched in may 1912 from a sea airbase . The first person to land a plane on a moving ship was Squadron Commander Edward Dunning .

10. Pilotless drones

The first pilotless drone was developed for the U.S. Navy in 1916 and 1917 by two inventors, Elmer Sperry and Peter Hewitt . The first unmanned flight in history occurred on Long Island on March 6, 1918 .

11. Mobile X-Ray machines

Enter Marie Curie was the first to install mobile X-ray stations for the French military by October 1914 . American inventor Frederick Jones developed an even smaller portable X-ray machine in 1919 .
