India a country where people talk about respecting women over social media but stare, pass cheap comments & abuse a women in reality. Perverts are of many types and you can find them every where. While you are in a Bus, while you are walking on the streets, on Social media. What is the difference between a Rapist & a Pervert who passes cheap comments on women on a regular basis? Its simple that a Rapist commits the crime and shames the humanity where as a Pervert is a person who is waiting for such a chance to shame the humanity.
