Aamir Khan, the actor who is also known as perfectionist, it seems as if he is not so perfect in keeping his promises and also in keeping his fans happy. Just recently he has made a lot of his fans unhappy when he made a comment on the growing intolerance of the country and “leaving country” remarks; in the past also he had made some people unhappy.
Earlier when Aamir visited the village of “Mountain Man”, late Dashrath Manjhi for his show “Satyamev Jayate”, he promised his son Bhagirath of providing him and his family with financial help but it didn’t happened and as poor Bhagirath was not able to provide proper treatment to his sick wife Basanti Devi, she lost her life.
Bhagirath feels that Aamir didn’t helped them when they needed his help the most, he promised them monetary assistance and said that his team will visit them again to know their requirements but it never happened. In fact, the couple had clearly told Aamir that they have not received any help from the government or any politician.
Bhagirath said, “If hero (Aamir) could have provided financial help as he promised us, my wife may not have died. She died because of our abject poverty. Aamir has proved himself like leaders or officials, who promised help that never reached us.”
Bhagirath did the ritual of ‘shradh’ with the help of Bodh Gaya based People First Educational Charitable Trust.
