A Bengaluru man has moved and inspired hundreds and thousands of people just with one plea and individuals who read and shared his story on social media couldn’t stop themselves to be affected by the same. We are talking about 24-yr Harish Nanjappa who urged to donate his eyes just few minutes before his death.
The guy had been to his village for a short time and while coming back to the city, a truck hit his motorcycle with so much force that his body was cut in half. As per The Bangalore Mirror, for 20 minutes “he begged for help as passersby gathered around, taking photographs”.
According to The Hindu “He reportedly not just screamed for help but also asked people ‘to donate his organs’.” Finally ambulance reached the spot; however, Harish lost the battle of life before reaching hospital. He used to work in Whitefield suburb and since his eyes were safe as he wore a helmet, he urged to donate them. If local media is to be believed, police has detained the truck driver.
