This complaint stands out when we talk about the list of bizarre police complaints. On Thursday, a molestation case was filed by a group of girls against their classmates (all boys) because they copied the Whatsapp status message of a girl.
All friends were on a group called MGM Titans. On 7th of March, a 2nd year student posted a joke. It read “Did you know? History of women’s day. Initially women day was planned on 6th March.. Women took 2 days to get ready. That’s how it got postponed to 8th march. Men’s day was also planned but as usual, they forgot the date!! (sic)”

Due to this joke, there was an argument between boys and girls over its ‘patriarchal approach’. So, in protest, the status of one girl was simply copied by the boy. It stated “Women only need 3.5 inches maximum pleasure …that’s called credit card.”
Police states that later, this status was copied and posted on the group by all the other 7 boys. The girl got enraged and then went to a police station for filing a molestation complaint against those 7 boys.
Thankfully, some professors immediately rushed to the college after hearing the news. Then, a compromise was reached, says report. Then, one of the accused, Dhruv Agarwal stated that the incident was nothing more than a casual argument. Vulgar language was used by girls as well. He said that they just copy-pasted the status and nothing else.
Meanwhile, DIG Santosh Kumar Singh stated that the complaint isn’t withdrawn yet.
