Shocking Incident – Pilot Selfies Cause Fatal US Plane Crash

Taking selfies by An Indian-American pilot, according to federal investigators, perhaps assisted by his passenger in Colorado resulted in crash and killing them when the pilot lost control over the plane. USA Today reported, Pilot Amritpal Singh of 29, and his passenger were spot dead when Singh’s Cessna 150K crashed into a wheat field shortly after midnight on May 31. However, the ruins of the aircraft has found around 7:30 that morning.

“It is likely that taking selfies in the aircraft during the flight was the reason for the accident. Taking selfies perhaps distracted the pilot and led to disorientation and subsequent loss of control,” Commented the NTSB.  The evidence suggests that the pilot got distracted, disoriented, lost his control over the plane and crashed. Further Added by the investigators, Singh too lacked certification for flying at night with instruments and for carrying passengers at night. The pilot uses his mobile phone to take a self photograph during the climb-out portion of flight. “The camera’s flash was still activated that illuminated the cockpit area,” NTSB investigators reported.

How could a pilot be so careless when the lives of the passengers were under his shield?  Was it really necessary to photo shoot into the aircraft during the flight?
