The clash between ‘Comedy Nights Live’ and Kapil’s new show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has always made it to the headlines. There was lot of excitement among fans with regards to ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ but unfortunately it didn’t start off well.
The 1st episode of Kapil’s new show received a rating on 3 while the 2nd episode received a rating of 2.9. However, these ratings were slightly higher as compared to the ratings of Colors’ show ‘Comedy Nights Live’.

The latest ratings of these shows i.e. from 30th April to 6th May are out and you would be surprised to see the results. As per the data of BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council) India, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ got a rating of 1.9 while Krushna Abhishek’s show got the rating of 1.7. Yes, only a difference of 0.2 is seen!
Moreover ‘India’s Got Talent’ on 30th of April, opened up with a rating of 2.3 which is definitely high as compared to ‘Comedy Nights Live’ and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. As usual, ‘Naagin’ tops the list with 5 !
Well, Kapil Sharma has to work hard if he wants to sustain in this TRP race.. So in brief, here are the TRP ratings!
