Delhi Daredevils were getting it tough from Gujarat Lions on Wednesday night but thanks to the deadly performance of Shreyas Iyer, DD emerged a winner in the last over fight. Shreyas Iyer scored 96 out of 57 balls with the help of 15 fours and 2 sixes. Though it was an amazing victory and everyone was in the mood of celebration, former Indian opener Aakash Chopra was not happy with Rahul Dravid’s decision of going only with young campaigners and not choosing experienced ones.
Aakash took to twitter and wrote –
You get brilliance & inconsistency from youth. #DD rode on their brilliance but didn't invest in experience to cover for their inconsistency

His tweet got mixed response from Twitterati. While some agreed to his point, others opted for disagreement.
One of them replied Aakash –
That's what DRAVID believes in & experiments with- the Process of Growing Up for the youngsters important for him than the product-winning!

However, Aakash was quick to state that IPL is not just about helping the youngsters grow, but It’s about winning and losing.
Great thought sir. But #IPL is about winning and losing. https://t.co/8WdmKUUYev
