Aamir Khan starrer “Dangal” is all set for release and to the surprise of everyone, the actor has given his nod for working in three future projects. Usually, Aamir is known for giving complete attention to one project and until it is completed, he doesn’t even think about any other venture. As per a source,
“Aamir has already shot for a special character in his manager Advait Chauhan’s Secret Superstar. Right after “Dangal”, he starts work on YRF’s Thugs of Hindostan with Amitabh Bachchan that releases on Diwali 2018. And he’s already signed the Rakesh Sharma biopic which will roll on right after he completes Thugs.”
The title of Rakesh Sharma’s biopic has also been finalized; there were two options – “Salute” and “Saare Jahan Se Acha”, and the makers have selected the second one. As the source revealed,
“Since it’s a biopic on the astronaut’s life, the team wanted a name that will not only suit the biographical film but also have a patriotic feeling attached. They had two names in mind — Salute and Saare Jahan Se Acha and they are going ahead with the latter. It makes more sense.”
When astronaut Rakesh Sharma was in the space, the Indian PM of that time, Indira Gandhi, asked him as to how India looks from space to which he replied, “Saare Jahan Se Acha.” This incident also makes the title look relevant.
Well, for “Saare Jahan Se Acha”, we still need to wait a lot so let’s just focus on “Dangal” which is set to release on Dec 23. It is also a biopic based on the life of Mahaveer Singh Phogat, former Indian wrestler who wants to fulfill his desire of winning a gold for the country through his wrestler daughters.
