“The Kapil Sharma Show” has been going through a bad phase after the ugly spat between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover in a flight while returning to Mumbai from Australia. As we all know, Sunil, Ali Asgar, Chandan Prabhakar and Sugandha Mishra quit TKSS after the infamous brawl. The show was almost on the verge of going off air and to keep it alive, the team had to engage audiences for which they tried their best.
To bring the vitality back to the reality comedy show, the makers are now trying to add new flavors to entertain audiences and improve its TRP ratings. For the same purpose, a famous actress from the popular TV show “Kumkum Bhagya” will shortly join the team.

Well, she’s none other than Supriya Shukla who has portrayed the character of Sarla, mother of the lead female character named “Pragya”.
She’s indeed a versatile actress and even though, she has played an emotional lady in the show, we have seen her in different characters in other TV shows as well; for instance, Saheb Biwi Aur Boss, which was a comedy show. If you dive deep into details, she’s the same woman who helped Aamir Khan in delivering the baby of Mona Singh in “3 Idiots”.
In TKSS, she will take an entirely different avatar and will be seen as a UP lady who has shifted to Mumbai. Here’s what she told a leading daily,
“I was a bit nervous since this happens to be my first stint with comedy. However, Kapil and his team were really supportive. I will be bringing in the Kanpur flavour, and have worked hard along with the writers of the show on the lingo as well.”
