Singer Arijit Singh who is currently on an international tour made headlines for a moment during a recent concert where he respectfully removed food placed on his stage. The incident occurred while Arijit was performing the title track of “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”. A fan placed food on the stage, prompting the singer to quickly hand it over to his security team.
Apologizing to the fan, Arijit explained that he considers the stage his ‘temple’ and therefore cannot allow food to be placed there. “I am sorry, the stage is my temple. You can’t put food here,” he said, reaffirming his deep respect for the performance space.
