The heinous incident took place in Shahjahanpur, UP where two brothers are accused of beheading their sister who was only 17. You might be thinking that there must be something very serious or a big reason behind it but the only fault of the poor girl was that she committed the mistake of loving a guy that eventually resulted in end of her own life. As per reports, brothers also marched with head in the village.
Two brothers named Gul Hasan and Nanhey aged 25 and 20 respectively have been reported missing with the head of the girl. It was alleged that seeing Phool Jahan, the girl, out of the guy’s home whom she wished to get wed and who was supposed to be a cousin, the two brothers got extremely angry. In fury, they dragged Phool Jahan to village square while thrashing constantly and finally chopped her head. According to cop, they paraded the village for around one hour with the girl’s bleeding head prior to eventually fleeing from the place. Also while marching, the brothers shouted, “Dekho, hamne apni behen ko maar dala aur pyar karney ki yehi sazaa hoti hai” (Look, we killed our sister and this is the punishment of having an affair).
At this point, it’s worth mentioning that Phool was the only daughter of her parents. Besides, she had 8 brothers of whom 6 have been reported to be in Delhi.
