This Businessman Gave Daughter The Biggest Gift On Wedding, 90 Houses To Homeless Poor!

Recently, a former BJP minister and mining magnate Gali Janardhan Reddy spent Rs. 500 crore in his daughter’s lavish wedding. Big sets were made which included replicas of palaces; the menu consisted of more than 50 food items for non-VIPs and 100 for VIPs. The marriage came under scrutiny as it happened just after demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1,000 notes was announced.

However, a businessman from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, has set an example which is completely opposite to what Reddy did. The name of the businessman is Manoj Munot and he has gifted 90 houses to homeless people as a mark of celebration of his daughter’s wedding.

As per ANI, Manoj had decided to spend nearly Rs. 70-80 lakh in his daughter’s wedding but he got inspired by a young BJP MLA, Prashant Bamb, and made up mind of utilizing money for a better purpose. Manoj’s daughter Shreya is very happy with this decision of her father and supports him completely. In fact, she considers it as her wedding’s biggest gift.

As per a report published in The Quint, one of the beneficiaries of this noble act, Shab Ali Shaikh, is very happy as now, she and her family can enjoy the basic necessities of life such as water and electricity.

ANI posted this video in which the bride can be seen supporting her father’s decision!
