A shocking incident has come to light in which a young waiter of 17 years reacted in a very immoderate way when a female customer of 29 years complained about his service. Here we are talking of eastern China’s hot pot restaurant. The waiter could not bear his insult and in return, brought a pot of hot boiling water and poured it all on her. Then, dragging the customer to ground, the waiter began to beat her.
Such kinds of heinous incidents compel us to think whether a customer can’t even complain about the bad food or service he/she experiences in a hotel or restaurant?
