Mumbaikars will be getting a gift in the form of a fully air conditioned local train in March. This train was being made for years and at last it’s ready to be used by the passengers.
How will the train look like?
Well, some news dailies got a glimpse of the new train and here’s how it looks like:
An exclusive report by DNA on the matter reveals that seats of the train are of the same color as the rakes of modern times but what makes this local train different is the comfort of passing on from one coach to the other as all the coaches are connected with each other.
The train was being made since July 2014 at the Integral Coach Factory, Chennai and as per the report, it would be in Mumbai in March first week. And the good news is that Central Railways has also demanded 150 such trains.
