Yogi Adityanath, the new chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has taken some quick decisions just after taking his oath and ensured that the decisions are implemented on the ground level as well.

Two of the big decisions that he took were banning illegal slaughter houses and forming anti-Romeo squads to stop eve-teasing and provide protection to the women.

However, there have been cases in which the anti-Romeo squads of police have been found harassing boys and girls who were engaged in just friendly talks while some cow vigilantes have been harassing the owners of mutton shops in the name of banning illegal slaughter houses.

The news of a mutton shop being put on fire in Hathras district has further angered the CM and he has instructed his top brass to deal with those who are responsible with iron hand otherwise some really strict action will be taken from his side if such incidents continue to happen.

He had a meeting with his top officials in which chief secretary Rahul Bhatnagar, DGP Javeed Ahmed and principal secretary (home) Debashish Panda were also present. In the meeting, CM Yogi instructed the officials to keep a check on such incidents.
