“Hip Hip Hurray” was one of the most favorite shows of 90s teenagers since it portrayed story of students who were in the last phase of their school lives in addition to depicting how they managed their relationships with friends, teachers and not to forget, their love life. In simple words, it was an Indian version of High School Musical.
As per the reports, Zee Digital is bringing it back on the screen with a new cast and this time it will be aired as online series. Let’s have a look at the new star cast:
Shweta Bajpai
She worked in movie My Friend Pinto and also in TV show Warrior High. In Hip Hip Hurray, she will play the character of Tasha who takes times to trust anyone.
Krissann Barretto
She acted in a famous TV show Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan as well as in Yeh Hai Aashiqui. Krissann will playing the character of Anushree in Hip Hip Hurray and will be shown as very hard-working girl who does well in academics.
Rohan Shah
Rohan has been seen in almost 300 ads and worked in quite good number of shows like Gumrah, Yeh Hai Aashiqui and Humse Hai Life. In the show, he plays a character who is introvert and confused with regard to his s*xual choices.
Anshuman Malhotra
He played the role of young Shahid Kapoor in the Bollywood movie “Haider” and has also worked in TV show Warrior High. In this series, he plays Siddharth, a hero with grey shades who is a womanizer but falls in love with Anushree.
