The Mohit Suri movie Half Girlfriend has not had a very good opening weekend; the collections were flat i.e. there was no boost at all. Although the total was good, a considerable growth was missing. Even critics say that the Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor starrer failed to satisfy the audience.
On the first weekend, the total collection was 32.04 crores, which is not that bad. On the other hand, Hindi Medium didn’t witness a good start, but later on, showed a good rise in numbers due to positive word of mouth.
The total is gradually increasing and audience is giving a very good review of the film. Let’s check how both these flicks have fared in the Monday test.

Half Girlfriend hasn’t met the expectations of the audience and critics; sadly, the numbers dipped on Monday. Yes, it earned 5.11 crores, bringing the total to 37.15 crores. There’s a 50 percent drop in the collection; seems the people aren’t enjoying it.

The journey of Hindi Medium has been very decent; good response from audience was important and it has got it. The 4th day collections of Hindi Medium have been more than that of the opening day; on Monday, it garnered 3.15 crores, thereby bringing the total to 15.71 crores.
Day 1 – 2.81 crores!
Day 2- 4.25 crores!
Day 3- 5.50 crores!
Day 4- 3.15 crores!
Total- 15.71 crores!
