Nowadays, fashion brands are consistently coming up with new products in order to tap the market and also for increasing the interest of potential customers in their brand. However for quite some time now, they have been launching some weird products such as mini chair purse, necklace made of telephone cord, trousers made of jute bag, jeans with grass stains and many more. What makes it more surprising is the fact that these products are sold at a very high price which is difficult to even imagine.
One such luxury brand which is leaving no chance of shocking people is Balenciaga, earlier it sold blanket bags for more than Rs 2 lakhs, torn sneakers for Rs 48K, pishwis for around Rs 1.5 lakhs, etc. and now it has crossed all the limits by coming up with a trash bag which will cost around $1790 (Rs 1.4 lakhs approximately).
As per the reports, these bags have been named as ‘trash pouch’ and they are made of calfskin leather and also have a glossy coating. The bag also has a logo, there are drawstrings for closing the bag and it has been launched under the Fall 2022 collection.
These bags are available in four colors – white, yellow, blue and black and Twitter just went crazy after seeing them. This is how people reacted:
