Akshay Kumar is one of those Bollywood actors who can play the role of a police officer to the perfection and this time, fans will see him portraying the character of ATS chief Veer Sooryavanshi in his next movie entitled “Sooryavanshi”. What makes it more difficult to wait for the flick is the fact that it is being directed by Rohit Shetty who has a great track record with movies like “Singham” and “Simmba”.
The makers have released the first posters of “Sooryavanshi” which is going to release at Eid 2020. Akshay Kumar has dazzled as a fierce cop in the posters and the tagline reads, “A Bullet for a Bullet”.

If you remember, Akshay Kumar had a cameo in “Simmba” and he was playing the character of Sooryavanshi in the movie. Till now, Rohit Shetty has achieved success with Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh playing police officers in his movies and it will be really exciting for fans to watch Akshay Kumar back in the role of a cop. Well, now what remains to be seen is whether Ajay Devgn or Ranveer Singh will be doing a cameo in Akshay Kumar’s movie.
Till now we have seen that for the past few years, Salman Khan has been releasing his movies on Eid every year and they have done quite well on the box-office. Considering the same, it will be interesting to see whether Salman Khan will also release a movie on Eid in 2020 and clash with Akshay Kumar starrer “Sooryavanshi”.
