Google India Announces Top Results. Check Out Top Trended Topics Of 2017

As 2017 is going to end soon, it’s time to analyse what all has happened this year. Google India did the same and declared the top trended searches of the year 2017. In a nutshell, these searches also give us a highlight of the thoughts and aspirations that were experienced by the Indians who surf the Internet.

The top trended topics

The main focus was on Bollywood and Cricket and it doesn’t come as a surprise that “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion” topped the charts. It was one of the most awaited movies of the year and it neither disappointed audiences nor box-office.

The magnum opus of Rajamouli was followed by cricket tournament, Indian Premiere League and the third most trending search query was “Live Cricket Score”. Aamir Khan starrer “Dangal” and Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer, “Badrinath Ki Dulhania” also made to the top 10 list.

The top trended song

As far as the top trending songs are concerned, “Hawa Hawa” from Arjun Kapoor starrer “Mubarakan” topped the list and “Mere Rashke Qamar” followed it.

The Western music also figured in the list with Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” and the Latin hit “Despacito”.

The top trended Indian entertainer

Among the top entertainers, Sunny Leone featured in the top spot while Arshi Khan, Sapna Choudhary and Vidya Vox followed her in the list.

The top news event which kept India at its toes were CBSE results, UP elections, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Budget while they were on the same level with the other countries as far as the interest in Bitcoin prices and ransomware is concerned.

As per the top trending search results declared by the search giant, Miss India-World Manushi was the top trending personality and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and Indian female cricketer Smriti Mandhana were following her on the list.
