However, many Pakistanis are still celebrating the team’s win against India as it was Pak’s first win in the World Cups. That match was played on 24th October at Dubai International Stadium and Pakistan attained victory in it by 10 wickets. This was the 13th encounter of India and Pakistan which was won by the latter otherwise in all the earlier 12 contests, India emerged as the winner.

Many online users from both the countries are still trying to make fun of each other and recently two famous people from the cricket fraternity also got involved in a heated exchange on the micro-blogging site Twitter. We are talking about the banter that took place between former Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Amir and Indian player Harbhajan Singh.

It all started when Mohammad Amir taunted Bhajji by talking about the 10 wickets win of Pakistan over India and asked whether Harbhajan broke his TV.

Amir’s tweet read, “Hello everyone woh pochna yeah tha @harbhajan_singh paaji ne TV to ni tora apna koi ni hota hai end of the day it’s a game of cricket”.

Bhajji responded with a video in which he smashed a six as a winning shot on the bowling of Mohammad Amir in 2010 Asia Cup with the caption, “Ab Tum bi bologe @iamamirofficial yeh 6 ki landing tumhare ghar k TV par to nahi hui thi?? Koi nahi hota hai end of the day it’s a game of cricket as u rightly said”.

After this, Mohammad Amir taunted Bhajji by referring to the 2006 India-Pakistan test match which was played at Lahore in which former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi smashed Harbhajan for 4 sixes on consecutive 4 deliveries.

Amir posted the link of the video with the caption, “https://youtu.be/CTXFuQkW1vU me busy tha @harbhajan_singh apki bowling dekh raha tha test jab LaLA ne apko 4 bowls pe 4 sixes mare thay but cricket hai lag sakte but test cricket me thora ziada ho gia tha”.

This irked Bhajji and he slammed Amir by talking about the famous 2010 Lords Pak-Eng test match in which Mohammad Amir was found guilty of spot-fixing. The Turbanator tweeted, “Lords mai no ball kaise ho gya tha?? Kitna liya kisne diya? Test cricket hai no ball kaise ho sakta hai? Shame on u and ur other supporters for disgracing this beautiful game”.

After this, Amir used some abusive language for Bhajji and in response, the Indian spinner wrote that for people like Mohammad Amir, only money is important. He also posted a photo from the test match in which Amir is seen overstepping by miles while bowling.

Harbhajan Singh tweeted, “For people like you @iamamirofficial only Paisa paisa paisa paisa .. na izzat na kuch aur sirf paisa..bataoge nahi apne desh walo ko aur supporters ko k kitna mila tha .. get lost I feel yuk talking to people like you for insulting this game and making people fool with ur acts”.

Bhajji then posted the same video again (2010 Asia Cup) and captioned it, “Fixer ko sixer.. out of the park @iamamirofficial chal daffa ho ja”.

Mohammad Amir also responded by slamming Harbhajan for bringing his past in between and at the same time, he also took a dig at the Indian spinner by calling his bowling action illegal.

Amir tweeted, “Bare hi dheet ho talking about my past wouldn’t change the fact that tumko 3 din pehle moun ki khani pari. And how about your illegal bowling action mate ab nikal or humko WC win karta dekh. Walk over tu nhi mila jao Park me walk karo u’ll feel better @harbhajan_singh”.

Well, we must say that Pakistan is going strong in the T20 World Cup and India will need to win its next match which is against New Zealand on October 31.
