Harbhajan Tried To Take A Dig At Kaif’s English For His Tweet On Team India, Got Trolled Himself

The Indian cricketers and the former players are pretty active on the social media networks nowadays as it is the easiest way to connect with their fans. What’s more, it also offers them with a medium where they can express their opinion on various issues.

Many online users took to Twitter and vented out their frustration and anger after India got defeated by Australia in the first test match by 8 wickets. What made the fans angrier was the fact that the Indian cricket team completely surrendered in the second innings and got out at 36 which is the lowest total ever in the test matches. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli, head coach Ravi Shastri and few other players were targeted by netizens. The former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif who was also pretty upset with this performance talked about this big defeat on the micro-blogging site.

Kaif tweeted, “36/9 came on a bright sunny Adelaide morning and not at twilight as many feared. Pink or red ball, Test match batting is all about correct technique and temperament. Limited over games or limited time at nets can’t prepare you for a Test.”

While Kaif correctly pointed out that test match batting is about correct technique and temperament, his friend and Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh decided to have some fun by taking a jibe at him in regard to his English skills.

Bhajji wrote, “Bhai Sahb itni angreji (Bro, so much English)” with laughing emojis.

Harbhajan Singh is quite a jovial person and he has a great sense of humour but this time his response on Mohammad Kaif’s tweet was not liked by the Indian cricket lovers and they trolled him for talking about English and not cricket. Here are some of the selected reactions:

Harbhajan Singh is out of the Indian squad for a long time now and this year, he also opted out of the IPL 2020 which was organized in Dubai due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Things are going to be tougher for the Indian team from here as the Indian skipper Virat Kohli is returning to India for the birth of his first child and David Warner will also join the Aussie squad for the remaining test matches. The only good news for team India is that Rohit Sharma may join the squad soon.
