After this statement of Priyanka Chopra Jonas, the Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut made no delay in slamming Karan Johar for spoiling the culture of the industry and she also called him a jealous, mean and toxic person who banned Priyanka Chopra Jonas in Bollywood.
Now an old video from 2016 is going viral in which Karan Johar is seen sitting on sofa with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. In the video, he is talking about how he wanted to m*rder the career of Anushka Sharma when Aditya Chopra signed her in “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” as KJo wanted another lead actress to work in the movie.
Karan Johar said that when Aditya Chopra showed him the image of Anushka Sharma and told him that he was signing her for Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi”, he told Adi not to sign her at all as he wanted another lead actress to play female lead in the film. KJo accepted that he was trying his best to sabotage Anushka’s career and he watched the movie very reluctantly.
However, KJo said that his heart changed when he watched “Band Baaja Baaraat” and at that time, he felt that he owed an apology and a compliment to Anushka. He went on to say that he needed to apologize as he was embarrassed that he would have destroyed the graph of a wonderful talent and compliment because he felt that Anushka was just amazing.
