An Indian Startup with 10 Million Hearts and Counting…
We are social creatures and most of the time our life is dull without a relationship. Often it is seen that a slightest failure in relationships makes life dull and stressful. There comes a very different startup portal namely LikeLoveQuotes.com, with its base in New Delhi. The portal which offers day to day beautiful relationship advice, rich relationship quotes is managed by the parent company Reckon Mind Consultancy Services (P) Ltd (RMCS). With a punch line of – “Divided by Regions, United with Love”, the portal is confident to bring positive shines in people’s life across the globe.
The brains behind this portal are two friends Prakhar Sahay and Saurav K Bhardwaj, who also happen to be the founders of RMCS, an IT & Media Company based in New Delhi, India.Before founding RMCS with Saurav, Prakhar has worked for telecom giant “Bharti Airtel”and has headed Pan India, Sri Lanka and South Africa for Prepaid CRM Projects & Support as well as VAS Services.
Prakhar’s inclination towards social media started as a hobby when he started his social media marvel ‘love quotes’, a facebook page way back on March 24, 2010 hoping to bring sunshine and positivity into people’s life. His social media expertise fetched him an opportunity to launch and manage Sachin Tendulkar’s official facebook page under his professional capacities.He further adds, “It was then, I realized the potential of social media platforms and how it helps you to reach millions of people around the globe and stay connected.” Well it sure did, with 10 million plus followers and counting love quotes is now a wide spoken page on relationships.
Whereas before coming together, Saurav a Computer Science graduate and an IT consultant at his own startup “Digital Venture Technologies”, used to provide his IT services and deliver Technical trainings and workshops on latest technologies at various central, national and regional engineering colleges. He is an alumnus of Govt. Engineering College Bikaner.
Prakhar who heads Social Media Developments at RMCS, further adds, “Today “LikeLoveQuotes” is having its uniform global presence and is accessible from various social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google Plus, Pinterest, Youtube, Blackberry Channel, Viber Public Chat etc.” His capabilities further helped in networking with celebrities like Sahil Khan, Zubair Khan, Remo Dsouza, Tiger Shroff, Rehan Jalali, Sheru Classic, Sana Khaan, Raghav Juyal, Warda Nadiadwala, Ayesha Shroff, Jeet Singh, Tolvai Reni, Barbie Rajput, Zardonic, Simple Kaul, Heli Daruwala, Meherzan Mazda, Mohit Malik, Bruna Abdullah, Somya Seth, Chez Shetty, Kanika Maheshwari, Rajnikant vs CID Jokes, etc in helping them to manage their social media presence online. The list of celebrities are endless and today few of them happens to be good friends as well.
Saurav, who heads IT and Business Strategies at RMCS, wire framed and structured the UI and Technical enhancements of their online portal to bring utmost engagement among the readers. He says, “Since the launch of LikeLoveQuotes.com in November 2013, the website has been accessed by 27 million readers with approximate 6 million monthly page views. 61% are the returning visitors across the globe with 80% of total engagement coming from women community.”
Now that’s a big data they are talking about. He further adds, “Approximately 86% readers use smartphones and hand held devices to access the portal.” Currently they are working on beta phase of their mobile app which will be open for all very soon.
However, when asked about the financials, the future ambition and vision, they said. “The startup has been bootstrapping since its incorporation. The portal currently runs through self-generated revenues via Ads, affiliates and IT consultancy. Our aim and vision stays intact to offer an emotional and yet practical support to our readers. Our vision is to spread as much of love and cut noise in the visitor’s daily lives with quality rich text contents, images and videos. However, now we are looking forward for expansions and the first level of funding. With such level of interactions on portal, the idea is to upscale it to new levels. And we don’t stop here, we have another portal namely Fantoosy.com almost a year old, News and Media online portal with focus on engaging Indian geographic youth and PostDekho.com focused for Hindi readers.. All we can add is that they are really doing excellent”.
