Insulting – PM Modi Tried To Shake Hands With German Chancellor Who Fully IGNORED Him

Everyone, at least once in a lifetime, faces a situation when the next person ignores him/her fully, whether deliberately or unintentionally. The same happened with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who put his hand forward to shake hands with Angela Merkel, German Chancellor. He went ahead for a handshake but Angela (don’t know why) failed to notice this and moved further. This has become a viral video now since it shows disrespect towards the revered PM of a dignified nation, no matter whether it happened unknowingly or purposely.
