There are many people in this world who are always ready to take advantage of others and many common people fall prey to such fraudsters but very rarely we get to hear about IAS, IPS, etc. getting duped as they are trained to handle such things.
However, an IPS officer Arun Bothra was cheated by someone for a plate of dosa and he narrated the whole incident on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
Arun Bothra wrote that he went to a restaurant alone to have a dosa but when the bill came, he was charged for 2 dosas. He asked the waiter about it and he was told that there was one person who told the waiter that he was with the IPS officer and he left before the bill was given to Arun Bothra.
Arun Bothra tweeted, “Went to a restaurant alone to have a dosa. Was puzzled to see the bill that mentioned two dosa. On asking the waiter said one person sitting on other side took a masala dosa saying that he was accompanying me. He had left by the time bill came.”

Have you also faced any such incident in life? Well, the IPS officer better be informing the restaurant staff that he has come alone and not accompanied by anyone next time he goes to eat out so that he doesn’t have to pay the excess bill for a stranger again. What do you say?
