Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has a streak of coming on every Eid and giving a Blockbuster. The most bankable star of Bollywood has given huge grossers like Kick, Bodyguard, Dabangg, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and therefore no one dares to clash with him on Eid.
When Akshay Kumar, Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar found that no Salman Khan film is releasing on Eid 2020 they were quick to announce their upcoming film Sooryavanshi for the big day. It was also learnt that Akshay discussed the same with Salman and only after getting his approval, the team decided to come on Eid 2020.
However, it seems like Salman Khan just can’t leave the date especially when he is collaborating with the likes of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia Bhatt. Reportedly, Salman Khan’s upcoming film Inshallah which stars Alia Bhatt opposite him and is directed by SLB will release on Eid 2020 which means it will clash with Sooryavanshi.
Now Inshallah vs Sooryavanshi also means Salman Khan vs Akshay Kumar and this will set the Box Office on fire. While the ticket windows on Eid 2020 will flood with the fans of both superstars, it will be the producers who will face the losses. With both superstars clashing on Eid 2020, the audience will be heavily divided and no film will be able to do its potential business.
We just hope the clash gets averted and both films do the best business they can.
