While chole bhature is the favourite snack in Delhi, in Uttar Pradesh it is kachori with aloo ki sabzi while in southern India, it is dosa, idli or utappam, etc. and in the same manner, our favourite sweet dishes are also different.

Recently the micro-blogging site, Twitter became a battlefield when a journalist called malpua the worst sweet dish ever. The name of the journalist is Shiv Aroor and he tweeted, “It’s time to declare that India’s worst sweet is Malpua”.

Soon Twitterati reacted, while some asked him to try somewhere else or try with rabri, there were few who got offended and were a little harsh on him for his statement on malpua. Check out some selected reactions:
