Karan Johar Announced Parineeti As Kesari’s Lead Actress But Used Akshay’s Pic; Twitter Trolled Him

The Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar started 2018 with the shooting of “Kesari” in which he is going to play the character of Havildar Ishar Singh.

“Kesari” is based on the “Battle of Saragarhi” and it will be made under the banner of Dharma Productions. Parineeti Chopra has been finalised as the lead actress of the movie.

Yesterday only, Karan Johar took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and announced the lead actress of “Kesari”; however, he used Akshay Kumar’s pic to make this announcement.

While Akshay Kumar is playing the character of Havildar Ishar Singh in Kesari, there are two other actors, Ajay Devgn and Randeep Hooda, who will play the same character in two other movies which will also be based on Battle of Saragarhi.

Earlier, Kesari was supposed to be a joint venture between Salman Khan and Karan Johar but it didn’t work out and now only Karan Johar is producing it.
